In short
Tables at Paris’s highest-rated restaurants are booked directly with the restaurant, often weeks in advance, and that is not something we do on your behalf. What we do is remove every piece of logistics around the evening, so the only decision left is what to order.
Plénitude, inside the Cheval Blanc hotel on the Quai du Louvre, holds three Michelin stars under chef Arnaud Donckele, and is currently the only three-star address of this kind still operating at that level in central Paris. Guy Savoy, in the historic Monnaie de Paris on the Left Bank, holds two stars and remains one of the most consistently admired kitchens in the city, with dining rooms that look directly onto the Seine. Both are the kind of address where the arrival and the departure are meant to feel unhurried, which is difficult to manage from a taxi rank.
Your chauffeur drops you at the door, not at the nearest available kerb, and returns for you at the end of service rather than at a fixed time you had to guess in advance. A dinner of this kind rarely finishes on schedule, and we do not charge for the difference between the reservation time and the moment you actually stand up from the table. It is booked as an hourly chauffeur evening for exactly that reason.
The same car works equally well for the wider circle of exceptional Paris tables, L’Ambroisie on the Place des Vosges among them, whichever restaurant the evening calls for. Tell us the address and the time, and the rest is ours to manage.
