A Mercedes Sprinter for the wedding party, a 56-seat coach for the delegation. One point of contact either way.
TL;DR — In short
A wedding with forty guests, or a seminar with sixty delegates, is not solved by booking several saloons. It is solved by deciding, in advance, exactly when each vehicle leaves, who is in it, and where it stops. Do that separately with three or four suppliers and the day is spent on the phone rather than at the event.
We take the guest list, or the delegate list, and build the transport plan around it: which vehicle, which pickup point, which time, in what order. You deal with one point of contact from the first phone call to the last drop-off.
The Mercedes Sprinter seats up to nineteen with luggage, and is the right size for a wedding party moving between the ceremony, the photographs and the reception, or a small executive group travelling together for the day. It reaches addresses a coach cannot: a village church, a château courtyard, a narrow street in the Marais.
For larger numbers we bring in coaches from 56 seats, run by partner operators we have worked with directly and briefed on the day’s schedule ourselves, so the standard of communication does not change because the vehicle got bigger.
The usual pattern is three legs: guests from their hotels to the ceremony, the wedding party to the photographs, and everyone to the reception once the light has gone. We build the timing around the ceremony, not the other way round, and we hold a vehicle in reserve for the couple so the day does not depend on the same schedule as the guests.
For a déjeuner or reception outside Paris, the return leg matters more than the outbound one: we schedule a shuttle back to the city through the evening so nobody is negotiating a taxi from a château at 1am.
Airport arrivals staggered through a morning, a single coach to the venue, transfers to a dinner, and departures the following day spread across several flights. We coordinate the whole sequence under one reference number, and adjust in real time when a flight is delayed or a session overruns.
For a site visit or an away-day outside Paris, the same vehicle and driver stay with the group for the full day, in the same way our hourly chauffeur service works for a single car.
Eight to twelve weeks gives us room to confirm the right vehicles for the guest count. Peak wedding season, May to September, books earlier.
Yes, and it is common: a Sprinter for the wedding party or the executive committee, a coach for everyone else, coordinated as one plan.
Regularly. Châteaux in the Île-de-France and Loire Valley, seminar venues across the region, are standard bookings for us.
Yes. A Sprinter or coach can replace the standard vehicle on any journey in our Curated Journeys section for a group travelling together.
