Welcome to Paris Transfer. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our luxury transportation and concierge services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Reservations & Bookings

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard services. For specialized corporate roadshows or VIP fashion week protocols, a minimum of 72 hours notice is strictly recommended. Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive a formal validation email from our dispatch team.

2. Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that executive schedules can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or "No Shows" will be charged at the full rate.

3. Absolute Discretion (NDA)

Privacy is the cornerstone of our Maison. All our chauffeurs and corporate staff are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements. No information regarding passenger identities, destinations, or conversations held within the vehicle will ever be disclosed to third parties.

4. Fleet & Vehicle Availability

While we guarantee the category of the requested vehicle (e.g., Executive Sedan, Luxury Van), we reserve the right to upgrade your vehicle at no extra cost to you, depending on our fleet logistics. All our vehicles are Mercedes-Benz current models, fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary refreshments.

5. Liability

Paris Transfer shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road closures, or unpredicted heavy traffic delays. We always advise providing ample time for airport and train station connections.
