Your personal Greeter waits directly at the door of the plane, in the jet bridge, holding a board with the passenger’s name, so the very first person you see on landing is the one who takes care of everything that follows.
From there, you are escorted through the airport rather than left to find your way: Fast Track through immigration, personal assistance with your luggage, and full support with every arrival formality.
Once everything is complete, your Greeter walks you to the professional car park where your chauffeur is waiting. You go from the aircraft to the back seat without queueing, searching or carrying anything.
The same care applies when you leave Paris. Your chauffeur brings you to the VIP airport car park, where your Greeter is waiting for the handover and takes charge of your luggage.
Your Greeter then assists you with check-in and with the VAT refund (Tax Free) procedure for your purchases, which is precisely the kind of formality that turns the last hour of a trip into a queue.
Once every airport formality is complete, you are escorted directly to the VIP lounge. The last thing you have to do in Paris is sit down.
