Point to point across France and into Europe, door to door, in one vehicle.
TL;DR — In short
For a single traveller between two city centres, the TGV usually wins. For three or four people with luggage, for an address that is not near a station, or for a schedule that cannot be dictated by a timetable, the car wins comfortably and often on cost.
You leave from your door and arrive at your door. Nothing is carried up a platform, nothing is connected, and there is no version of the day in which you miss anything.
Paris to Deauville, Reims, Chantilly and Fontainebleau are afternoon runs. Paris to Lille, Rouen, Tours and Dijon are half-day journeys. Paris to Lyon, Geneva, Brussels, Amsterdam or the Alpine resorts are full days, and are frequently booked in winter for ski transfers.
For anything longer we plan the driving hours properly. French regulations govern how long a professional driver may work, and we build the schedule around them rather than around optimism. On very long routes we may propose two chauffeurs, and we will tell you why.
A car and chauffeur can be retained for several consecutive days: a wine route through Burgundy, a business circuit across three countries, a family relocation. The same vehicle and the same person stay with you throughout.
Accommodation for the chauffeur is arranged by us and included in the quotation, so there is nothing to organise and nothing added later.
Two dates on the motoring calendar are regular long-distance bookings for us. The 24 Hours of Le Mans, roughly two and a half hours south-west of Paris, runs through a full weekend in June and rewards a car over a train: the circuit sits outside the town, accommodation is scarce and expensive, and a day and night at the track go far more smoothly with a driver who is not trying to watch the race and the road at the same time.
The Paris Air Show at Le Bourget is the other. It runs every second year, and the next edition falls in June 2027, not 2026. It sits closer to the city, twenty-five minutes from the centre, but the exhibition days bring exceptional congestion around the airfield, and a booked car with a chauffeur who knows the access roads saves a genuinely long wait at the gates.
Both are quoted as long-distance or hourly bookings depending on whether you need the car to wait on site all day or simply to collect and return you.
Yes. Tolls, fuel, the return leg and the chauffeur’s expenses are inside the quoted figure. Nothing is added afterwards.
Yes. Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Spain are all regular destinations. We handle the vignettes and the paperwork.
Up to three with luggage in an S-Class, up to seven in a V-Class. For ski or golf equipment tell us in advance so we allocate the right vehicle.
They are regulated and we respect them. On the longest routes we propose either an overnight stop or a second chauffeur, and we explain the choice before you book.
